The Merchant allows Content Provider to upload or generate content, including real-time/live streaming, on Merchant's platform.
Content Provider agrees to adhere to the following standards:
Content Provider agrees to obtain and maintain written consent from all individuals depicted in the content, including:
Content Provider agrees to verify the identity and age of all individuals depicted in the content to ensure they are adults and agrees to provide supporting documents upon request.
Content Provider acknowledges that by accepting this Agreement electronically or otherwise, they are legally bound by its terms and conditions.
Content Provider acknowledges and agrees that by uploading content to Merchant's platform, they grant Merchant and its affiliates the unrestricted right to use, modify, distribute, and sublicense the content in any format, through any media channels, and with any third-party services, including but not limited to marketing and affiliate marketing efforts.
Content Provider waives any right to request or expect the removal of content uploaded to Merchant's platform, once uploaded and utilized by Merchant or its affiliates in accordance with this Agreement.
This Model Release Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between LCNTechnologies LLC (the "Company") and the content creator (the "content creator") regarding the use of the Company's live video broadcasting platform ("beestrip.com") and partnering websites. By signing up to this service you agree to the following:
The content creator represents and warrants that they are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. The content creator acknowledges that providing a valid government-issued photo identification (ID) is a prerequisite for approval to use the Platform.
The Company reserves the right to approve or deny an content creator's application to use the Platform at its sole discretion. The content creator acknowledges that the Company may cancel their account at any time, without prior notice or reason.
Commissions: The content creator shall be entitled to receive commissions for their live video broadcasts on the Platform, as determined by the Company's commission structure.

Payment Schedule: The Company will make payment to the content creator every two weeks by wire transfer, subject to the content creator's provision of accurate payment details.
Deductions: The commissions owed to the content creator shall be subject to deductions, including but not limited to wire transfer fees, accounting fees, and penalties or chargebacks related to those chargebacks. The content creator agrees to bear the responsibility for any such deductions as determined by the Company.
The content creator acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement is subject to change without notice. The Company may modify, amend, or update the terms and conditions of this Agreement at its sole discretion. The content creator's continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes their acceptance of the modified Agreement.
The content creator grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and modify any content created or provided by the content creator during their live video broadcasts on the Platform, including but not limited to videos, images, and text.
The content creator represents and warrants that they have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use any third-party content incorporated into their live video broadcasts and that their broadcasts will not infringe upon any third-party rights.
The content creator represents and warrants that they will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines while using the Platform, including but not limited to laws relating to copyright, privacy, defamation, and obscenity.
The content creator agrees to indemnify and hold the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to the content creator's use of the Platform, breach of this Agreement, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montreal, Quebec Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes any prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
By utilizing beestrip, you implicitly acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this agreement. Your continued use of the platform serves as your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth herein, thereby negating the need for a signature.
